Many have found that practice in front of a mirror allows you to identify your tensed muscles. Identifying these muscles allows you to focus on which muscles need to relax so you are able to keep your head still during your swing. Remember that practice really does produce perfect results. If your head stays still you will be able to clearly see the ball and this in turn allows your hands turn and connect with the ball more effectively.
